WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF USING STACK-N-SEAL?
  • Stack-n-Seal provides a long term "internal" seal that seals out rain, wind and insects and seals in maximum home comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Stack-n-Seal remains flexible and provides an excellent bond through a wide range of temperature and moisture conditions.
  • Stack-n-Seal helps to maintain a seal even when logs move or twist.
  • Stack-n-Seal is durable, stretchable and performance rated for the life of your log home.

HOW DO YOU APPLY STACK-N-SEAL?

Stack-n-Seal should be applied with a Bulk Loading Gun per the log manufacturer's construction manual for bead size and location requirements. All surfaces to be sealed should be clean and free from dirt, dust, and other foreign materials. Do not apply Stack-n-Seal to surfaces that are covered with ice or are frozen. The ideal application temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

WHAT ARE STACK-N-SEAL'S LIMITATIONS?

Stack-n-Seal is designed only for use as an internal sealant. The product is not recommended for use as an external, exposed sealant.

How long does it take for Stack-n-Seal to dry?

Stack-n-Seal skins over in 1-2 hours. The product cures fully in 2-8 weeks, depending on temperature and humidity levels.

How do you clean up Stack-n-Seal?

Before Stack-n-Seal dries it can easily be washed off equipment and logs with soap and warm water. After it has dried, use alcohol, as a cleaning solvent, to remove unwanted Stack-n-Seal.

How is Stack-n-Seal Packaged?

Stack and Seal is packaged in D.O.T approved 5 Gallon Plastic Pails.

What is Stack-n-Seal's coverage rate?

Diameter of bead Linear Feet
